Our Pledges for Benchmark Standards

1) We are passionate about life and our three key objectives.

We are about 'Celebrating Life Every Day!' We joke. We smile. We love being successful. We know that our success is based on achieving three key objectives. We must firstly meet our consumer needs by providing them with researched and scientifically validated benchmark drug free medicines, and empowering them with the vital knowledge necessary for great health - our decision making must put the consumer's interests first. Secondly, we must meet our societal objectives, by respecting our environment and investing back into the community to create opportunities for others. Thirdly, we must meet our financial objectives to ensure that we can continue to thrive and reward team members and business partners who deliver on benchmark standards. We will keep these objectives at the forefront of our mind.


2) We are about setting benchmark standards and displaying benchmark qualities.

Benchmark standards start from within. We will always be humble. We will remember to say 'thank you'. Although we take pride in our efforts and products, we will not allow our egos to cloud proper judgment. We will always show initiative when dealing with others or maintaining a happy, clean and safe work environment. We acknowledge that benchmark standards are about everything we do - answering the phone, handling products and managing company resources, being organised, being discerning, respecting the importance of confidentiality, communicating with others, exercising tolerance, forgiveness, patience and of course developing benchmark scientifically validated drug free products that are at the forefront of medical research.


3) We are about a win/win attitude and leading by example.

The way we communicate with our team-mates, wholesalers, agents, brokers, suppliers and all business partners will reflect a win-win attitude. We will always be tactful and practise self-control. We will treat everyone like a consumer, the back bone of our existence. We will always remember that our key objective is to empower people and deliver benchmark products and knowledge to promote quality of life and longevity. It is then that we will be rewarded for our efforts.


4) We are solutions orientated. We celebrate life every day.

Swisse is a "Positive Zone". We don't encounter problems and obstacles - we encounter challenges that are valuable learning experiences. We love challenges. The only 'P' words that exist in our vocabulary are 'Passion' and 'Positive'. Whenever we encounter a challenge, we will study it and come up with solutions. There is always a positive solution to each challenge. Every day is a great new beginning for celebrating life and good health. We don't take anything or anyone for granted. We live in the present - not the past - and work towards developing a positive future for ourselves and the world.


5) We are 'resultaholics' not 'workaholics'.

We are about investing quality hours, not quantity. Our goal is to be productive by achieving the most effective results in the most efficient manner. We will always investigate ways to improve our skills and become more effective and efficient. We welcome praise and criticism from anyone and will use this to become wiser in business and life in general.


6) We are about enjoying and commending one another.

We choose to enjoy our work because it's an important part of our life. We all embrace benchmark principles and good ethics. We will respect each other for what we are. We will not be judgmental of one another. We will be happy when others succeed. We acknowledge our career responsibilities, and accept that we will be rewarded according to the level of commitment and enthusiasm we deliver. Each team member plays an important role. We are being rewarded for our own initiative and efforts, so it's ourselves that we need to analyse objectively and be willing to constantly develop and improve. There is always room for improvement. We will be prepared to embrace change when required, knowing well that it's vital for maintaining benchmark standards. We're about teamwork not titles.


7) We reap what we sow.

If we sow benchmark standards, we will reap benchmark rewards. Actions and results speak louder than words. Our daily actions and the final results are the best testimony to fulfilling our pledges. Benchmark standards equal benchmark rewards.


8) We're about the '4Ps'

Swisse is about the '4Ps' in order of priority - People, Principle, Passion, and then come the Profits. This means that moral obligations come before money. It means that in some cases profits may need to suffer so that we can fulfil our responsibilities and uphold our benchmark standards. We're willing to put our words into action.
